Answer a few quick questions, then either get started or book a call.

Who TechDesk One Is For

Built specifically for one‑desk businesses:

✅ Solo realtors and small real estate teams

✅ Solo lawyers, advisors, and small practices

✅ Independent consultants, coaches, and other professionals

✅ Service businesses with a field crew and just one ‘office computer’ that runs the company

Perfect if you:

1. Run your business on one main computer + email + website/online tools

2. Have no in‑house IT person

3. Handle sensitive client data and know “hope and pray” is not a security strategy

4. Are tired of losing hours fixing broken email, forms, or automations

5.  Know you need better online presence but don’t have time to figure it out

The Problems We Eliminate

If any of this sounds like you, TechDesk One is the fix:

“I have no one to call when my computer or email stops working.”

“I’m handling sensitive client data and my security is basically winging it.”

“My website / forms / CRM / automations are janky, but I don’t have time to fix them.”

You do the professional work.
We make sure your tech quietly does its job in the background.

  • Secure your main computer and business email

FAQs

What exactly is TechDesk One?

TechDesk One is a monthly membership where we act as your IT, automation, and security team for your one main computer. We secure your device and email, back up your important business files (Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace), monitor for issues, watch for cyber threats, and keep your website/forms/basic automations from breaking. You get one place to go when anything “tech” goes wrong.

You’ll get a total of 60+ minutes or 120+ minutes depending on which plan you select. Of those times you get allotments for certain support. Support time falls into 3 separate buckets:

  • General IT Support (30/60 min per month): This can be anything from “my email stopped working” to “I need help installing this program” and beyond. The Essentials plan comes with 30 minutes of this type of support per month, and the Growth plan comes with 60.
  • Website Management + Business Automation (30/60 min per month): This is anything from “I want to add new graphics and copy to my page”, “help me make leads from the contact form go into my CRM”, or “help me set up Google Analytics on my website.” This is a separate bucket of time where the Essentials plan comes with 30 minutes of this type of support per month, and the Growth plan comes with 60.
  • Cybersecurity Incident Response (60 min per incident): This is if a cybersecurity incident takes place, we’ll jump in to fix things so your business is up and running as soon as possible. Both plans include up to 60 minutes of support per incident.

If you run your business off one main computer + email + website/online tools, you are exactly who this is built for. Solo realtors, lawyers, consultants, and coaches are our sweet spot. You do not need employees or an office. If tech problems can stop you from serving clients or taking payments, you’re not “too small.”

Typical tickets we handle:

  • “My email isn’t sending/receiving.”
  • “My computer is slow or glitchy.”
  • “This form / calendar / intake isn’t working.”
  • “My website needs a quick text or image update.”
  • “I got a weird security alert / suspicious email.”

If it touches your one main computer, email, or simple website/forms/CRM stack, we’re usually the right first call.

To keep pricing sane, some things are out of scope of the monthly minutes:

  • Full website redesigns or brand-new sites
  • Complex CRM rebuilds or multi-step funnels
  • Big data migrations or multi-device rollouts

Those are quoted as one-time projects. Your TechDesk One minutes are for ongoing support, tweaks, and fixes, not full rebuilds.

If you consistently hit your included minutes, we’ll recommend either:

  • Upgrading from Essentials → Growth, or
  • Quoting a fixed-price mini project for the bigger change you want.
  • Quoting for a custom plan tailored to your specific ongoing needs.

You won’t ever get surprise bills. We always confirm scope and cost before doing extra work.

During standard business hours, we aim to respond same business day for normal issues. Security incidents and “I can’t work” emergencies are prioritized. Most routine problems are handled via remote support in under a day.

TechDesk One is fully remote. We use secure remote tools to access your computer (with your permission), manage your email and backups, and fix issues. That’s how we keep it affordable for solo professionals.

If you’re in the Northern Virginia/DC metro area there are options for in-person support with the Custom plan.

We use industry-standard, business‑grade tools to manage your device, backups, and passwords. We only access what we need to do the work you’ve asked for, and we log in through secure, auditable channels. You keep ownership of your accounts; we’re an authorized administrator, not the owner.

Most one‑desk businesses are fully onboarded in about a week:

  • 2‑minute setup form
  • 30–45 minute onboarding call to secure your device, email, and backups
  • We finish any remaining setup in the background and confirm when monitoring is live.

No long‑term contracts. It’s month‑to‑month. If, in your first 30 days, you don’t feel TechDesk One is reducing your tech headaches, tell us and we’ll refund your first month. This is simple risk reversal: you shouldn’t carry all the risk of trying a new service.

Yes. Most “tech guys” are break‑fix: you call when something is already broken. TechDesk One is proactive and ongoing. Many solo pros keep a local person for rare hardware issues and use us for everything else (monitoring, security, backups, website/forms, and daily support).
